Ryan & Cynthia and family navigate heart surgery

Ryan just had major heart surgery with no insurance. And loss of income for his family. We are all pitching in as much as we can, but we are barely treading water. He is slowly recovering with a few backslides, but it is going to be a long road ahead of him . This puts his family down one income and he has no health insurance.
