Ryan Staley Memorial and Family Support
We’ve started this GoFundMe page after many requests from family and friends seeking additional ways to provide support for the family of Ryan Howard Staley who passed away unexpectedly on March 26, 2021 at the age of 34. Ryan leaves behind countless family members and friends, including his wife, Aubry, and their young sons, Braxton and Tucker.
Aubry was 36-weeks pregnant with their second child at the time of Ryan’s death. A 29-year-old night shift labor and delivery nurse, Aubry has continued to show incredible strength while learning to live with this terribly tragic heartbreak, parenting their almost-four-year-old, and welcoming a newborn son into the world – all without her soulmate, the love of her life by her side. Although their short term needs have been met, the future for the young Staley family is still uncertain as they now must manage daily life on a single income from a single parent.
The bright light that Ryan brought to this earth has dimmed without his physical presence here with us, but he will never be forgotten as we still love him and feel him everywhere. We find some comfort knowing he will always be looking in on us – and, likely playing pranks on people to get a good laugh when he can. A loving and devoted dad and husband; beloved son, brother, nephew, cousin, grandson, uncle, coworker and friend, Ryan was known for being the life of the party. His unique sense of humor coincided with an infectious, trademark laugh that could be heard from miles away. He had a passion for his family, his welding job, his hat collection, hunting, fishing, dirt bikes, snakes, and fireworks. Ryan cared fiercely for those in his life and had a way with people. In fact, he was part of so many lives that Aubry often said they couldn’t go anywhere without him knowing someone.
We, the families of Ryan and Aubry, hope this public page will further allow all of those whose lives Ryan (or his story) have touched to share their love and support. We genuinely appreciate the love, prayers and support, and please know that all funds will go directly to support Aubry, Braxton and Tucker. We will host a memorial and celebration of life event in Ryan’s honor this June.
