Ryan Titus' Fight

On December 8, 2020, Ryan went into cardiac arrest with his son, Aidan, on the couch next to him. Ryan is a young husband and father who his currently in an induced coma fighting for his life at JPS Hospital.
His wife, Kristen is a dear friend of mine who has been by Ryan's side since he's been admitted. We can hear the fear in Kristen's plea for prayers and imagine the pain this family is going through right now. It's a very lonely fight!
Kristen has been providing updates on Ryan's health status to date:
Ryan update 12/11/20:
Very calm and peaceful day. Very quiet with not a whole lot to report. It looks like the seizures have stopped. They need to to stop and stay that way to take away medication to see his overall neurological state. I do think he barely moved his foot and eyes for me today. He is still asleep but his eyes did move around the room very slowly when I checked his pupils. That is new. Pupils still and have always been very reactive. Tomorrow they will start to set back the sedation again and please pray he does not have any seizures. Last time they only got half way before he started seizing again. He is pretty much breathing on his own, vent just there for possible support if needed. All stats look great and I believe they removed the “heart machine” today. That’s also good! Continue to pray. As the nurse said, he’s got a long road and still critical.
When Ryan returns home, he'll have a long journey ahead of him. The Titus family will need all the support to help in his recovery, therapy and medical equipment.
