Ryan's MS bike ride of Awareness
My name is Ryan Woodburn, I am 16 years old and will be road cycling from Hamilton Ontario to London Ontario on July 24th in hope of raising money for the MS Society of Canada.(GoFund me will stay open until July 31st)
In 2019 my mother was diagnosed with MS after having vision problems. This ride is very important to me becuase of my mom.
Multiple Sclerosis or better known as MS is a chronic autoimmune disease of the central nervous system. This disease has an estimated 90,000 people suffering from it, which comes to around 12 people per day are diagnosed with MS. Out of those 90,000 people, 75% of them are women. 60% of people diagnosed with MS are between the ages of 20-49 years old.
Thanks in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to me.
