Hello im Ryan. I've been a cook for 18 years. Now I want to open my own eatery.
We are trying raise $100,000. I'm using $30,000 of my savings to get started as well as seeking a small business loan for the remaining amount needed. If i'm fortunate enough to raise more than i need to get started, the excess will be donated to local philanthropy groups.
I've most recently worked as the corporate chef for Patio American Grill and Pepe's Wharf, located in Provincetown Massachusetts. I've held that position for 7 years. There I managed a team of 40 back of the house employees. My main functions were to manage labor and food cost for both restaurants by running weekly inventories and P&L.
Now i'm focusing all of my energy and effort to make my dream come true. I'm trying to raise funds to help open my first restaurant.
