This is Dylan. He has been fighting neuroblastoma cancer since 2018. Now he is having kidney disease/failure issues. We are asking for help with medication costs to help and other medical bills as well as living cost. I am an single mother and Dylan has a twin brother; times are difficult now trying to fight for Dylan's kidney's.
