Ryder Shoup (aka Ryder Day)

On April 10, 2024, a tragic car collision took the life of Thomas Ryder Shoup (aka Ryder Day). At 16 years old, he was taken way too soon. Ryder was the sweetest kid, and touched the lives of everyone who had the pleasure of knowing him.

Ryder has been surrounded by so much love since the day he was born and could light up a room with his infectious smile.

He was able to accomplish so much at just 16 years old and leaves behind his son Marcelo, and his girlfriend Eliana, who meant the world to Ryder. He was also a loving son, brother, and uncle.

His parents, Ashley & Derek and Danielle & Tommy, are going through something that no parent should have to go through. Please help us in uplifting Ryder’s family during this difficult time. His sisters Sirena and Stella are left behind by the most amazing brother and role model.
