RYE’S ALLY

Let me introduce you to Rye. This beautiful girl (5/14/22) was born with Biliary Atresia. Rye is now too sick to be home with her family. She now resides at Boston Children’s Hospital waiting for her liver transplant. Her parents alternate every 2-3 days so she’s never without a mommy.

This fund is to provide Ashley and Louise some relief during this difficult time.

Dear Family and Friends,

After infinite amounts of gentle pressure, we have allowed a gofundme to be started. As fiercely independent women, we have taken great pride in funding this situation on our own up to this point. If it wasnt for the endless love and support of friends and family alike, we would probably never ask for help. We are frequent donators to fundraisers and have never imagined being the recipient of one We want to thank each and every person in advance for a donation or a share. What’s most important to us, is finding a liver for Rye and this bit of financial help will take a huge burden off our shoulders. I want to be completely transparent and upfront about what these funds are for. These funds are for gas, tolls, parking, food, occasional hotel rooms and all the little things that start to add up in a big way. The coffee maker we bought for the hospital room so that we can stop spending big bucks on coffee. The handheld vacuum I just bought to be able to clean up all of Rye’s crumbs as the cleaner only comes once a day. The comforter I just bought as this is now our sleeping quarters for the longterm. These are the small things that really add up. It becomes overwhelming and thus here we are. We are grateful for every bit of support throughout this journey and want to thank you for your thoughts, prayers and positive vibes. We look forward to a time when Rye is thriving and we can spend our time paying it forward. Thank you for reading
