Rykers Medical Bills

Ryker is a 6 year-old boy who now has been diagnosed with severe rabies from a bat bite. He started developing symptoms a few weeks after he recieved the bite. His family realized he was having hallucinations, and convultions, they rushed him to the ER. The doctors explained that if it was rabies, he has a 0% chance of survival. Now, a few days later they finally got the tests back that showed it was postive for rabies , there has been one case of a girl who has surpased the 0% chance of rabies. The Doctor in Wisconsin created the Milwaukee protocol which is what they are trying on Ryker at the moment. (see link for full story on the girl http://www.nytimes.com/2004/11/25/us/girl-is-first-to-survive-rabies-without-a-shot.html ). Rykers family and I believe that he could also surpass this. We as a family are urging to people to donate not only for his hospital bills but to make the effects on the family less painful. Ryker is the most outgoing , excited boys I have ever met. This is one of the most difficult experience for our whole family. If you can not donate please share this and spread the word.
