Rylan Frame- medical fundraiser
Donation protected
Hi my name is Kelly and I am a long time friend of both Rylan and his family. This fund raiser is brought to you by myself and all of of Arlys close friends. We all spoke and wanted to do something to help. A week ago Arly received a phone call every mom dreads. Her son Rylan was brutally beaten up in an unprovoked attack while walking innocently with his girlfriend. Something ALL of our children should be able to without fear of being hurt by another human. Ive known Rylan since he was born and I say without a doubt he is the sweetest kindest soul. I cant help but tear up writing this. He deserved none of this. He is strong and comes from a wonderful family but as you can imagine this has impacted his life immensely. This fund raiser is to offset medical costs that will occur. Teeth implants, ongoing concussion therapy and counseling. I know together we can make this monetary goal happen. Here is a link to the news article:
Here is a recent statement by Rylan's mom Arly:
It's been one week since I got the call that my son was violently attacked, unprovoked, and hospitalized. I debated not even posting anything, but quite frankly a huge majority of people already know. Things spread like wild fire. And why should we keep quiet? Victims should never keep quiet. This article is wrong. They were not 16. They are 18. They were unknown to Rylan. And they walk the streets, free... They don't need to drink liquids to eat. They don't need to have 2 of their teeth fixed by full implant and a rebuild/crown. They don't have to avoid smiling too hard in fear of opening up their stitched lip. They don't have to work with a concussion therapist to try to un-fog their life, and try to gain some normalcy back. They don't have to take time off work from TWO jobs to recover. They didn't lose their memory....they remember EXACTLY what they did. Straight for head and face, repeatedly. If you've ever met Rylan, you know his heart. You've felt it because he's warm, and loving and would do anything to help someone out. He's kind, and caring and thoughtful. He loves his family and friends deeply, and you can FEEL it when you meet him.
My son lost a piece of himself that night that he will never get back. He lost some trust and hope. But what he didn't lose is his resilience. And no matter what happens to the degenerate losers that tried to steal his life that night...HE WILL SUCCEED. He will always be better than them! He will always come out on top. Mark my words.
To every single person that reached out to us this past week, we thank you. From the bottom of our hearts, we love every single one of you. We know that we will always have an army behind us.... because that's who we are. We succeed with love backing us up
Thank you all in advance for your help. It truly takes a village ❤️. Lets show this family our love in the shadows of this horrific event.
Love from Rylan's Army/Village
