Rylei's Healing Journey: Your Support

Dear friends, family, and compassionate supporters,

On New Year’s Day, our lives were forever changed when our beloved Rylei Williams, a 14-year-old freshman at Cesar Chavez High School, was struck by a car while crossing the intersection of 43rd Avenue and Vineyard on his skateboard. The accident left him fighting for his life with severe injuries, including brain trauma, fractures to his right tibia, fibula, and humerus, and other critical conditions.

Rylei is currently in Phoenix Children's Hospital Inpatient Rehabilitation recovering from numerous surgeries and TBI. While he remains incontinent, and unable to care for himself independently—-we hold onto hope and faith that he will recover, but the road ahead is long and uncertain.

Rylei Williams is a bright, loving young man who had just started his high school journey at Cesar Chavez High. He is a loving big brother, a caring son, and a joy to everyone who knows him. He has a passion for basketball, spending hours perfecting his skills and dreaming of one day playing for his school team. His love for his family and friends is immeasurable, and he’s always the first to bring a smile or lend a helping hand.

Why We Need Your Support
