6 months old baby's heart surgery

I have a 6 month niece who was diagnosed with T21 and heart failure. She started anti-failure treatment on the 23rd of October 2015.
The baby has to go for heart surgery but unfortunately there is a very long waiting list at the government hospitals. I cannot afford to take her to a private hospital since it is very costly. It costs approximately $20 000 to do an open heart surgery in South Africa.
She is in pain and there are fears of her getting pulmonary hypertension which is fatal. Doctors say she might be inoperable if she stays for another 6 months. She has been very brave and she is a fighter. She has managed to keep her smile despite all the pain.
Please kindly assist this beautiful little girl so that she can go for an urgent heart surgery that she is in dire need of. Your assistance will be highly appreciated and thank you for taking your time to read this.
