My name is Dalia. I’m a mother of three boys, and my husband is a teacher. We used to live a simple but happy life in Gaza—until everything was shattered.
On the 121st day of this war, our home was completely destroyed. We lost not just our shelter, but our dreams, our stability, and our sense of safety. Since then, we have been living under constant threat—bombs, hunger, and fear define our days.
Now we’re in the north of Gaza, surviving in a small, fragile tent made of plastic and bits of wood. It offers little protection from the harsh winter winds or the ever-present danger. We are forced to move from place to place, with no place to truly call home.
But still, we go on. We have no choice but to be stronger than the wind and the fear that surrounds us. I carry hope in my heart—not for myself, but for my three beautiful sons. My only wish is to protect them, to save them from this savage war, and to show them that there is still kindness in the world.
Please help us. Your support can give my children a chance to survive this nightmare with dignity. Every donation brings us one step closer to safety, warmth, and hope.
