Support the Gamecock Rowing Club's Growth

Hello, we are the Gamecock Rowing Club at the University of South Carolina. Our club is a student-run group of passionate individuals. We have the goal of developing the interest of fellow students in rowing and fitness.

To develop the club further, we are reaching out to the community to gather funding for coaches and equipment. We hope to become a sizable team with more of the crucial resources that can help us be competitive!

We have set our goal of $10,000 in order to provide financial support to the team for travel expenses, and to provide incentives for prospective coaches for the team. The remaining money will be used in order to fund equipment such as boat repairs, repainting oar blades, and maintaining the team's ergometers. Although we are a club team, we aim to support all prospective rowers at UofSC by keeping required dues low, and prevent out-of-pocket expenses from our members as much as possible. Many students can be put-off by excessive cost, and the team wants to do its best to accommodate anyone with interest in fitness and, of course, rowing.
