Desperately needing to replace my work vehicle!

Hello, my name is Lisa and I am fundraising to replace my vehicle that was destroyed by fire. I am a single mom of two boys and work delivering as an independent contractor for Uber Eats and Doordash.

On January 3rd 2024, my vehicle was collateral damage when park next to an RV that caught fire. It happened so quick, I did not have the time to unlock it and move it before it became a total loss. In August the doctors found three blood clots in my lungs and for the past 2 months I have suffered from acute bronchitis. That being said I struggled to make my last insurance payment on time and my vehicle insurance had just lapsed just prior to the fire. Unfortunately the RV that caught fire had no insurance either. I am seeking a vehicle that is 20 years or newer as that's required to deliver on the Uber Eats platform in order to continue working to support my family. I greatly appreciate anyone who's taking the time to read my story and of course any donations that should come my way. I have a police report and a fire department report if you need it for verification of the incident.
