I established this page to help support my son Jeremy,who underwent a face transplant in Boston in April,2014. Jeremy has suffered numerous setbacks as a result of the surgery and medication he has to take daily, which has made working impossible.
Jeremy is a very hard-working person who has always been self-supporting, so while the surgery and the medication have taken a physical toll, not being able to meet his financial obligatios is taking an emotional toll.
He has three children to support. He is doing everything he can to get back on his feet and get back to work as soon as possible.
It breaks my heart to see him struggle so much.
In the meantime,any support you can offer is most appreciated.

UPDATE..Jeremy has been diagnosed with Guillain-Barre syndrome which makes everyday task very difficult, he has fallen several times and gets very weak just walking a short distance.
I know with everyones help we can raise the goal I have set to help him and his family from losing their home. Thank you.
