Help support Nicole and Jaxson

28 Sept 2023 Update: As if Nicole wasn’t going through enough, her husband and love of 17 years, Chance, tragically died on Sept 26, 2023, from the impacts of a head on collision near Hondo, TX. They have an 8 year old daughter, Jaxson, who simply adored her father. Nicole is trying to grieve with her daughter and we want to relieve some stress with all the continuing costs of chemo, bills, and now a funeral to plan. Hi, this is Jeanna, Christin, and Becky and we’re fundraising on behalf of our best friend Nicole Hampton.

On December 12, Nicole’s younger brother passed away. On 12 January 2023, Nicole was diagnosed with level IV astrocytoma, a fast-growing and aggressive brain tumor… brain cancer - Glioblastoma to be specific. Nicole has 3 tumors in her brain and on 7 Feb 2023, will begin chemotherapy along with Avastin transfusions, which shrinks tumors briefly in patients with an aggressive brain cancer.

This is not Nicole’s first battle with cancer. In 2017, Nicole underwent surgery, chemotherapy and radiation and we’re confident, that with your prayers, support, and amazing doctors, she will BEAT it again!

I've started this fundraiser as treatment is expensive and medical grants do not cover all of the medical treatments that she is having to undergo. Additionally, should any clinical trials or alternative therapies become available, those would be at her expense.

If you are lucky enough to know Nicole, you will know that she is one of the strongest and most independent women there is! I know she will put up a fierce fight against this aggressive cancer, but we need some help to take the financial burden off of her mind so she can focus on her treatment and continue raising her daughter Jaxson, with her fiancé, Chance. With Nicole’s permission, I'm undertaking this fundraising campaign and appealing to you to donate whatever you can - whether it be financial donations, helping us to share her story, or simply keeping her in your prayers while she is in treatment. It's hard to feel so helpless during what is an incredibly scary time, which is why we wanted to start this fundraiser.
