Help Tess' K9 Rescue buy a scanner

We are a foster/home based 501c non profit rescue in need of a microchip scanner.  We have been rescuing and helping dogs for almost ten years now and have rescued over 1700 dogs in that time. Many were able to be returned to their owners when they had chips or had ID tags on them but most had nothing to help us find their previous owners. We microchip all our rescues and need to be able to verify their chips but more than that we are in an area where there are no veteranarians or pet shops close by.  When people find dogs and need to scan them for chips to try to get those lost dogs back to their owners they have to put the stray dogs in their cars and travel over 20 miles to find someone with a scanner. Many are not likely to do that and we could scan these strays for them so this would benefit the whole community. It is our goal to find loving homes for all dogs in need and if the dogs already have a home we would love to be able to get them back home. Nowdays it is vital to a rescues' functionality to have a microchip scanner at their facility.  Please donate and help us help these dogs.
