Unexpected bill

For some reason, our power bill jumped almost 10 times what it normally is. End of billing year, so I suspect it’s part error, part difference in billing vs usage since we’re on flat rate billing. However, this bill is more than our monthly income, and that’s not even counting our other bills! Setting the total goal a bit high to cover transfer fees, etc. Payment is due March 10.
