Can’t afford my dog’s surgery

my Dogs name is Karma and she is 9 years. She needs TPLO surgery that costs 3700 for just the surgery. Pain meds and labs are another grand. She has another 6 or more good years ahead of her and if she don’t get this surgery then her other knee can go out and her quality of life will be diminished.
