Matison Long's Medical Fund

On Saturday, April 11th, Matison was in a freak accident. While moving her seat back, it punctured a can of de-icer that ignited her seat. Luckily, her passenger was able to get out of the car and help Matison. She feels very blessed that she is still alive. She has kept a positive attitude even though she has A LOT of struggles ahead.

In the fire both arms were burnt. Her right arm is more severe than her left and may need skin graphs. She also has burns on her face. She was airlifted to Harborview Medical Center and will be there for her recovery.

In her long road ahead there will be financial needs. Her medical will only be held for 3 months while she is on leave. After that she is on her own. Her car, along with a majority of her clothes, were destroyed. Right now, she is unaware of how long she will be out of work but she will have no income for the time that she will be out. The money that comes from this fundraiser will be used for the expensive medical bills.
