Help Michael's Family Rebuild After Fire

Dear Friends, Family and Compassionate Strangers.

We are reaching out to you with heavy hearts to share the devastating news that my twin brother, Michael, his wife Sunny and their three children have lost their home in the recent devastating fires that swept our community.

The fires not only destroyed their home but also took away their sense of security and stability. Micheal has always been a pillar of strength for his family and community and now they need our support more than ever.

They are currently looking for a rental home, while they continue to pay their mortgage. Unfortunately, they are being price gouged and/or asked to give up their dog. They are trying not to disrupt their kids' lives any more than has already been disrupted.

Their insurance was cancelled back in October. The only insurance available was the California "Fair" Plan. This policy does not cover the value of their home let alone the stuff inside. Everything they have worked for is gone.

The fund will be used for necessities such as clothing, replacement items, and a temporary or long term place of residence while they can one day hopefully rebuild in the community they know and love.

Our family is grateful knowing that our brother, his wife and their three children are safe.
