SAAFE.org Los Angeles

We are a community of volunteers providing support services for our Elder AAPI community. Our mission is to SAAFEGUARD Elders from acts of violence related to anti-AAPI hate. Our hope is to protect our most vulnerable AAPI community members through efforts to minimize solo outings and provide companionship in public spaces. In our work, we will create heightened awareness of anti-Asian racism and begin to build a safe environment for our Elder population through respect and coordinated outreach.

Donations will be used to fund start up costs such as building infrastructure which will include advertising ,  community outreach materials and a efficient resource to connect our trustworthy SAAFEGUARD volunteers with the AAPI senior recipients. 

All donations no matter the size would be greatly appreciated as we strive to create a safer society for our AAPI community where they can have the freedom to live their life to the fullest without fear of violence or abuse.
