Hi everyone! As most of you know, I was able to finally achieve one of my dreams of becoming Miss Colorado USA. I am excited and ready to represent the state of Colorado at the MISS USA national pageant! This has been a dream of mine since I was really young, so to finally have the opportunity is surreal.
To assist me in my preparation for the national pageant, the state pageant and their team of official pageant sponsors have generously provided with numerous financial resources, wardrobe items, training and preparation, as well as all of my travel, lodging and meals for the national pageant.
Of course, in addition to all of items provided by the state pageant and their generous sponsors, there are always additional expenses in preparing for such a high caliber competition. Additionally, my family will incur various expenses in order to attend the national pageant to support me. This is an amazing opportunity for me and my family, and your contributions, no matter the amount, will certainly help us with any additional expenses involved in preparing for, and attending, the national pageant competition.
I have the most amazing support system, and you all have been there with me over the last four years of competing! I hope this year I have made you all proud and continue to make you proud through my year of reign. I am so thankful for this opportunity and hope to do well at Miss USA, and maybe even become the first Miss USA from the beautiful state of Colorado!
As miss Colorado USA I have already had many opportunities to go out into the community and make a difference! I have donated my time with the Salvation Army as well as spoken to young women about confidence and empowering one another. I hope to continue doing this through my reign!
