Sachem family house fire

Hi, my name is Caitlin Thomson. On the morning of Friday March 17th 2023, my parents Dawn and Arthur Kowaleski were leaving their home in Holbrook to head to work. My mother was walking out of the house when she started to smell smoke and began searching the house for the smell. When she stepped outside the flames were engulfing the house. My mother ran back inside as my younger sister and my grandmother were both still sleeping. Acting quickly everyone got woken up and rushed out of the house Thank God. There were 4 animals in the house who also thankfully made it out. Everything happened so quickly that my family left with absolutely nothing except the clothes on their backs. My sister just had surgery and cannot work for a while. I am starting a fundraiser for them to help with some of the costs and everything they lost. My parents are active participants in the Sachem family and have been for over 25 years. My Dad has also helped build some of your homes being the owner of AJK construction. Please anything at all would help!
