Sacramento County ARES

Sacramento County ARES are licensed amateurs who have voluntarily registered their qualifications and equipment with our team for communications duty in the public service when disaster strikes.

In addition to disasters, our team provides communication support for community and special events across the Sacramento Valley. We primarily support Sacramento County OES and the Gold Country Region of the American Red Cross.

We are fundraising for emergency deployment equipment such as amateur-band radios, pop-up tents, tables, chairs, banners, etc.
