Sadaqah Jariyah for Arman Morshed

Prophet Muhammed (PBUH) said: "When a person dies, their deeds come to an end, except for three: ongoing charity (Sadaqah Jariyah), knowledge that is benefited from, and a righteous child who prays for them." (Source - Sahih Muslim)

There is no act of charity in this life that is more lasting and rewarding than giving Sadaqah Jariyah. Not only is Sadaqah Jariyah a beautiful gift that benefits others in this lifetime, Sadaqah Jariyah also rewards us and our loved ones in this lifetime and the next.

Arman sadly passed away on the night of 10th August. Arman was only 25. He had so much more of life to experience. Arman was the most loving son, a brother, an uncle, a colleague and an amazing friend to many. He shared nothing but smiles and laughter to everyone around him. I cannot exaggerate enough how much of a blessing he was in everyone’s life even if he interacted with them for 10 minutes. He left a trail of light and a piece of happiness in every person he’s met.

I’ll be raising a donation إن شاء الله as Sadaqah Jariyah on behalf of Arman to build some water wells in the countries that need it most. This will be ongoing charity on behalf of his soul which will continue to increase his good deeds and to which he can be rewarded for in status.

A reminder: When you make a donation towards building water wells, you will provide the eligible people with a long-standing service. As long as those people benefit from your charity, you will receive continuous rewards and blessings. May Allah continue to reward him in the hereafter.

May Allah forgive him for his sins, have peace and mercy upon his soul and grant him the highest rank in Jannah.
