Sadaqah Jariyah for Tasneem Mahmood Khaliq

Tasneem Mahmood Khaliq, a loved sister, wife, mother, aunt and friend to many sadly passed away December 25th, 2022.

إِنَّا لِلَّٰهِ وَإِنَّا إِلَيْهِ رَاجِعُون

Inna lillahiwa Inna ilayhi raji’un meaning ‘Verily we belong to Allah, and verily to Him, we will have to return.’

In the Qur'an Surah Al-Mutaffifin 83:[27-28], "And its mixture is of Tasneem, A spring from which those near [to Allah] drink."

وَمِزَاجُهُۥ مِن تَسۡنِيمٍ

عَيۡنٗا يَشۡرَبُ بِهَا ٱلۡمُقَرَّبُونَ

We would therefore like to build a water well (or multiple water wells) in honour of her name.

We would appreciate any donation to help us reach this goal.

Funeral Details:

Funeral will take place on Tuesday December 27th after the 1:30 pm Dhuhr prayer at the Hamilton Mountain Mosque. It is recommended to come by at least 1 pm.

After the Dhuhr prayer we will have the Janazah/Islamic Funeral prayer.
