Sadaqah Jariyah & Support for Mohammed Hossain

On Sunday June 13th, 3:50am Mohammed Hossain 47-year-old, was driving his Lyft passenger to his drop off location, where a drunk driver struck and fatally hit Mohammed’s Toyota RAV4. This murder has been confirmed by police, and the felon is charged with vehicular manslaughter, DUI/DWI, driving with no license/insurance/registration.
Mohammed, father of 3 was working endless the past few months, his plan was to provide a home for his family this year and take his children to a family vacation. Mohammed has lived in the United States for 14 years, his dreams were simple. He wanted to give the best life he could for his children and provide them a comfortable home. That dream was shattered on June 13th 2021.
Mohammed is survived by his young wife Kulsuma Baby , Samin (14), Lyba (8) and Labeen 3. The children are distraught and are in disbelief that their loving father, the center of their world is gone. He always prioritized family and friends when they needed him . He leaves behind memories of his joy, laughter and love. Words cannot describe our devastation, heartache and confusion on how a life so young can be taken away so soon and unexpectedly.
According to lawyers,the drunk driver had no insurance, no registration & false plates, limiting the ability to seek compensatory damages. There is minimum compensation given to Mohammed’s grieving wife and his three children. This has placed a huge, unforeseeable burden for Mohammed’s family as he was the sole financial provider.
