Sadie's Top Surgery

Hi everyone! If you're here, you're probably lucky enough to know Sadie (they/them) or you know someone who is lucky enough to know Sadie.

Sadie is a brilliant clinical therapist and advocate for folks needing care and support around their trauma, neurodivergence, and gender.

They are so gifted at creating and holding space for folks where they're at, is a brilliant listener, friend, and avid fan of potatoes and cheeseburgers.

They spend so much of their life and career dedicated to providing trauma-informed gender-affirming care to their clients and loved ones, and now it's our turn.

Because of the nightmare that is health insurance, their insurance does not cover any gender-affirming surgeries or procedures, which unfortunately they did not learn until after receiving a really hopeful consultation for top surgery. Here's where we come in. Sadie cannot book their surgery until they can provide the financial compensation for it.

We are hoping to raise the funds for Sadie's surgery ($8500) and a little extra to provide them some stress free recovery time away from work.

Any amount you can offer, any share you can share would be an incredible and step toward helping someone who provides such loving gender-affirming care receive the gender-affirming care they so deserve.
