Sadly my brother Jake was taken from us to soon

Sadly unexpected, Jacob was taken from us too soon. He leaves behind his beloved family , and we are left in pieces. We are now humbly asking for help in this time of need. We are heartbroken. He has lots of family and friends , now is the time we're asking for everybody to come together, and help us remember him. We are trying to get together to just remember Jacob in his life but this was so unexpected. We would love to hear stories about him, and we would appreciate any of your generosity and support to help his family thru this difficult time.please send your prayers thank you
