Help save the Alkabariti family of Gaza

My name is Sabrin Alkabariti, and I live in Gaza with my parents and my four siblings - Ahmed, Mahmoud, Mohamed and Hanin.

Despite all the challenges I faced growing up in Gaza, I have always found creative and unique solutions to problems. I studied hard to gain my university degree & professional certifications, and I have worked as a freelance Computer Systems Engineer and UX/UI Designer to support my family of seven.

However, on October 7, our lives were completely destroyed. We fled our home, and we have been on the run while being starved, bombed and made homeless. We have all lost our jobs and any sources of income.

Our home has been completely destroyed. We have lost everything - our possessions, our memories, our warm moments - even my computer, which was my only source of income.

We have been without water, electricity, sanitation, fresh food or medicine for weeks. We are fleeing relentless bombing and shooting, and we are now living in a shelter in Rafah camp after being evacuated six times.

After more than 250 days of this genocidal war, we have had to flee our shelter in Rafah and are now living in a tent in Khan Younis. We have no safe place to go and survival becomes more difficult every day.

I am turning to you - good people around the world - to help me save my family in our darkest hour.

I am asking for your help to gain safe passage out of Gaza for urgent medical treatment so that we can survive this war.

Everyone in our family requires urgent medical assistance. My mother suffers from chronic bone pain, my father suffers from prostatic hyperplasia, and both suffer from chronic diabetes.

We are all physically and mentally traumatized, and we have suffered blast-induced hearing loss from the constant bombardment and explosions.

Every donation, no matter how small, provides us with a flicker of hope, and I ask that you share my story and message with the world.

We have had nearly everything taken from us, but we still have hope, and I hope my message has reached you.
