Help me secure a safe place.

Many of you know me from the Allergy groups with which I am involved. Due to job reasons, I am trying to keep my health issues as private as possible. 

I have a Mast Cell disorder which makes life even more complicated. This means my body goes into anaphylaxis for reasons that seem illogical and crazy. 

Certain things are guaranteed to trigger my reactions like foods, molds, scents, thunderstorms, sounds, and stress...did I mention stress? 

I am also unable to attend a gym as working out next to someone wearing perfume will land me in the ER.  Walking for exercise outdoors will also land me in the ER. 

For my health (mental and physical), I need a place where I can get the air quality pure enough to recover from exposures and trips outside the home.  Hopefully one with enough space for a treadmill.

Being housebound is not fun or enjoyable and that kind of loneliness will eventually take my life. My current residence (and almost all rental properties) renders me sick enough daily with poor air quality that leaving the house often takes more energy than I have. The few times I do leave, I spend the next 3 days bedridden trying to recover. This also affects my ability to work, so I need to make this change to prevent future homelessness as well. 

I need to move by November as my landlord is booting everyone so they can improve the property and charge double the rent.  Current house or even duplex rentals are the same as mortgage payments, without the ability to remodel or do much to increase the air quality.

I'm seriously scared for my health to attempt to rent again. It doesn't help that the amount of acceptable home options are snapped up in minutes. 

I am running into issues with coming up with a down payment + closing costs + minimum savings to "ensure" to a lender that I can pay my mortgage and so on.

I currently make decent money, but with medical bills, it has been impossible to save the sums I need. I need about twice what I've managed to save so far.

So I need help.
