Safety Bubbles to fight CAR-ona Virus (potholes)

The Island of Puerto Rico is ravaged with potholes of all shapes and sizes growing larger each day and destroying cars across the enchanted island.

Luckily, a local superhero, Pink Bubbles, has started fighting back with the best weapons available to him: paint and a good attitude!

His efforts have already lead to repaired roads in Añasco and now he is looking for funds to buy more paint and have volunteers from every municipality paint high-visability "Safety Bubbles" around the dangerous holes in the roads.
