Safety Stairs for Tule Ponds Lagoon

My name is Nathan Kuriakose, and I am a Life Scout with BSA Troop 154. As you may know, as a Life scout we get the opportunity to demonstrate leadership of others while performing a project for the benefit of our community.

My project involves building access stairs in a wooded area at Tule Ponds. The stairs will provide access to the area for students and instructors who use the areas for instructional sessions. Building these stairs will improve the safety, access and aesthetics of the area. Tule ponds is an integral part of the east bay community, and it is a great privilege to be able to use my scouting skills to contribute to the benefit of this area.
