Diagnosed with Brain Cancer at 27 years young.

This girls fight and determination is second to none; her personality is still as bright as ever and her beautiful positive attitude still lights up anyone lucky enough to be in her presence.

This unbelievable girl has battled through seizures, brain surgery and is about to tackle radiation and chemo.

Saffs dream is to hit the road travelling Aus with the love of her life Scott.

So here I am; putting it to you to help me make her dreams a reality.
