Sage needs your help now

Sage has helped hundreds maybe thousands of patients be it with Craig Hospital, a world renown rehabilitation hospital for spinal cord and brain injuries and various nursing homes throughout the last 5 years. Now he needs your help.
Sage woke up Monday morning very unstable in his walk. The diagnose has not been confirmed but he may have a neurological condition that affects the spine and neck region called Wobbler Syndrome. This syndrome affects large breed dogs like Dobermans and Great Danes. We just don't know what is wrong yet.
Sage's spirits are good as always but he is very confused as to what is wrong.
This was a very hard decision to make but my gut feeling is to try and help him first before making any life ending decision. I will know more as the day goes on.
As most of you know I lost little Jazzy in December, she would have been a year old on March 31, 2015. So this is an even harder thing to go through involving my beloved Sage.
Sage is having an MRI Scan and a Spinal Tap on April 2, 2015 at Wheatridge Animal Hospital. This is a very expensive procedure and if he needs surgery it may be in the thousands.
You all know what this dog means to me and how much he loves all of you and every person he meets. I cannot do this on my own and it's not easy to ask but please donate anything you can to http://www.gofundme.com/sageneedsyourhelp
Everyone always says where there is Jane there is Sage.
If you don't know Sage please check the following website from the United Doberman Club article I wrote about my journey to Sage and to our Dog Therapy work.
Love you all,
Jane and Sage
