Help Danny

My wife teaches autistic children in a local public school. One of the student’s (Danny) mother passed away last week, and the father is not in the picture. Danny’s family was unable to take him, so his teacher (my wife’s co-worker, Stacy) took him into her home as a foster child. When Child Protective Services dropped Danny off at her house, he only had the clothes on his back. No one knows what happened to all of his possessions.

As we all know, teachers are not the highest paid profession, and Danny needs many things, that she cannot afford to buy. I am hoping that a few of you will help this child and his very compassionate teacher out in this situation.

If anyone has experience with Autism you know how difficult in can be to take care of kids with this disorder, and the costs that come along with this. It really touched my heart that Stacy took Danny in, especially when she has two of her own kids still in her home.

Any help would be greatly appreciated by me, my wife, Stacy, and Danny.
