Salaya Figueroa

    Hello everyone out there. My name is Sheneik McCallum. On November 30th 2016 at 12:30 am my sister in-law Salaya Figueroa ( 27 years young) was shot in the back during cross fire in front of her home. My sister had been pronounced dead later on that morning after complications from surgery. She couldn't be saved. This is a very sad time for our family. Salaya has left us to live in a better place  and we pray she is laid to rest peacefully.
      Due to the sudden unfortunate circumstance I am asking for any donation to help support  her family for funeral expenses. Not only did Salaya leave behind lots of friends and family who loved her dearly,  three young gorgeous children who will be in need of love and support ( ages 9, 7 and 4 years old ). These children are now left without a mother to care for them.  I would like for them to lay their mother in peace in the nicest was possible. 
        The act of senseless violence has been spirling out of control taking away the ones we love most. We live everyday with confusion, anger, and hurt around us not knowing if our love ones will be seen for the last time. The smallest of donations will be more than appreciated.

Lastly, I would like to add that we should all love and appreciate our loved ones. Even when your mad put your pride aside and love eachother even with flaws. Life is so short. You will never know when it will be your time or anyone else's but when it is it will feel better to know that bitterness, anger, and unloving ways weren't the last of memories shared.
