Salem's surgery & medical expenses!

Hi friends, as many already know of my journey, some do not! This gender-affirming/sterlization surgery will finally allow me to live my life in a way physically congruent to my gender identity; it will also correct medical inconsistencies I've faced without it. It's a long overdue procedure & one I've waited on for years.
