Sally & Rob Silvey Car Accident
Donation protected
On Monday evening, January 30, Rob & Sally were on a cross-country drive through Wyoming and were in a collision with a semi tractor trailer. Rob has injuries including injuries to his hand and wrist, post-concussive symptoms, and lower neck, lower back, and shoulder pain. Sally was rushed by ambulance to the nearest ER and later transferred to a trauma hospital in Colorado. Her injuries include a fractured clavicle and a burst fracture to her L1 vertebrae as well as other pain and injuries. She’s expected to be in the hospital for a few days, and possibly have to transfer from there to a rehab center for several weeks while in a back brace and receiving rehabilitation therapy to heal enough to be able to make the long drive back home.
As you can imagine, there are a lot of expenses that come with a bad car accident, especially since they are so far away from home. We would be extremely grateful for any support Rob and Sally’s friends, family and others could provide for expenses like hotels, meals, rental car, rehabilitation stay, physical therapy, and medical bills. They are fully trusting God to provide for them during this time and are so thankful for his protection during an incident that could have been a lot worse.
Thank you for considering making a donation to ease the financial burden of such a major life event. We’re so appreciative and are incredibly blessed to have so many reaching out during this time to ask how they can help. Prayers would be incredibly appreciated as well! God bless you.
