Sally-Anns trip to last a life time
Donation protected
I wanted to start this gofund me page and share this story on behalf of a truly beautiful family and one of the kindest people I’ve come across in life who’s story and wish touched my heart.
At a routine mammogram aged 50 Sally-Ann unexpectedly found out she had breast cancer after 2 years of fighting against it she got the all clear but unexpectedly after no indication In 2018 the shock that the loviest lady at 53 had been told the news it's returned but now terminal with metastatic breast cancer was just devastating no-one could comprehend the devastation it left Sally-Ann herself, her family and friend's with. The news impacted all of there lives not only at the time but everyday since but Sally-Ann was determined to give this the strongest fight she had and nearly 5 years on the battles she has had to face daily, weekly, monthly have been horrendous from the constant chemotherapy, on off radiotherapy, operations, appointments, daily medication, giving up her most loved job as a teaching assistant, her driving licence which gave her freedom revoked from recent seizures, the daily struggles to do the most easiest of tasks the everyday anxiety it causes this family. they deserve somthing to hold onto, to make memory's to last a lifetime.
Since the news I knew the family had a goal and that goal was to get to Disneyland Paris with her Son, Daughter, Son in law and 3 grandchildren Jason, George and beautiful Sophie. They've saved hard to try and make this happen but unfortunately with the impact of covid, Sally-Ann's low income on disability allowance it hasn't been viable - just a few weeks ago things took a turn for the worst and Sally-ann started having unexpected seizures which resulted in finding inoperable brain tumors.
The family have never wanted more than to get over to Disneyland before it turns into an "I wished we'd have got there"
Sally-Ann's insurance to be able to make it there is extortionate alot more than the hoilday itself so this is why I'm asking for anyone as little as it is to make this wonderful family's wish come true, to have time to smile again, something to look forward to - a moment to forget reality in the most magical place there is, they truly truly deserve it.
Sally-ann you are a truly wonderful strong beautiful lady and so so loved by many people we want nothing more than to make this happen for you - we are all behind you lovely lady.✨️
