Help to achieve my wish to make others "Proud".

Charity single ‘Proud’ first popularised by Susan Boyle, is Sam’s latest venture in her quest to ‘give something back’. Although her own story includes more than a fair share of personal tragedy, including medical negligence, infant death and suicide.

‘When doctors removed my mum’s life support, I climbed into her hospital bed, wrapped her arms around me and sang to her. My parting words to her were “one day I’ll make you proud” and from that day forward I have set out to do just that’.

When all’s said and done, all each of us wants in life is to strive to make those we love, proud of who we are, and what we’ve done.

100% of proceeds from the sales and streams of ‘Proud’ will be equally divided between the following charities…

Diabetes UK – in memory of Margaret Jean Pitt

CALM – in memory of Ricky Hurley

Birmingham Children’s Hospital – in memory of Alfie-Ray Junior Pitt

Personal thanks for Sam goes out to all the above named charities for all their help and support they have provided to her own family, and she is hopeful that funds raised from ‘Proud’ will enable them to continue helping other families and individuals throughout the country.
