Sam and Maddox

Ms. Sam (pictured) has cared for both of my sons as their teacher and she has been one of their absolute favorites. Ms. Sam takes care of everyone's precious babies every day and she treats them as her own.

Now Ms. Sam needs our help. Her precious baby, Maddox (pictured) needs brain surgery for a condition he sustained at birth.

While insurance will cover this procedure, the recovery period for Maddox will be lengthy. It will be difficult for Ms. Sam to miss an abundance of unpaid time away from work not to mention most likely having to hire an additional set of hands to help care for Maddox when she cannot be home with him.

Maddox has a 4-6 week recovery period for this procedure. Please open your hearts and donate what you can to help make this experience a little less difficult for them both.
