Sam and Monica Enriquez

Hi, my name is Teresa I have started this gofundme for my cousins Sam and Monica, recently Sam has encountered a very serious life altering medical situation. On Tuesday evening he suffered a massive heart attack as 1 of the 3 main arteries to his heart is 100% blocked. Once he is stable enough they are looking at open heart surgery as the number one option in this severe case. He is currently in the I.C.U. until further notice. With that being said both Sam and Monica are independent contractors which means they do not get the luxury of PTO, sick days or vacation days. They work hard and love their jobs however, due to these unfortunate circumstances they will both be out of work for an extended period of time. I’m doing this because they have given so much to me and I know to everyone they love and care for. I do not want them stressing about medical bills and finances in this time. Monica will need to be with Sam 24/7 and if you know her (them) she will not leave his side. They deserve all the support they can get these two are very special to me and to so many people so if you can PLEASE donate anything will help and if you can please post this link on all social media platforms it would be greatly appreciated.
