Sam & Christine Csonka Fundraiser

Sam went to heaven on January 30th, 2023. He is loved and missed tremendously. The family is so grateful for the overwhelming amount of love and support received from all over.. Thank you all so, so much. Donations will be put toward funeral costs and bills while our mom adjusts to all of this. Thank you all again. We love you, Sam ❤️

Early Sunday morning, January 22, 2023, Samuel Csonka, 46, went into sudden cardiac arrest. CPR was administered and kept him with us.

Sam was life-flighted to UPMC Presbyterian in Pittsburgh.

Several scans and tests have been performed in an attempt to determine the cause of his sudden cardiac arrest. It has been days, and we are still left wondering how and why this happened to Sam.

He’s currently in the ICU on a ventilator.

Sam is a loving husband and devoted father to two boys and four stepchildren. He is an incredibly hard working man, dedicated to his farm at home and his automotive repair business. Sam and his wife Christine are the first to help anyone in need and the last to ask for anything, so we are asking for them.

Sam and Christine own Victory Lane Automotive over the hill in Greenville. Christine handles all office duties while Sam is the sole mechanic. This tragic event rendered the family without an income. We are asking for donations to alleviate the family’s financial burdens as they navigate this journey without income for an uncertain amount of time. 

This fundraiser is written collaboratively by Sam’s three stepdaughters. Sam has been in our lives for nearly 20 years. He has always been a pillar of support for us, and now it’s our turn to do the same for him.
