Dear family and friends, it is with heavy hearts that we inform you of the unexpected passing of our beloved Sam. He was a kind man who treated everyone he knew like family. Sam was a devoted father, a loving grandpa, and a dear friend to many people who cared about him greatly. We are all deeply saddened by his loss and he will be dearly missed.

We kindly request your assistance in raising funds to cover the cost of Sam's cremation and his celebration of life, which will be held this summer.
