Sam Foor finances and medical bills

Hi! My name is Beth, I am Sam’s girlfriend.As many of you know Sam has been person that is alway on the go with working he has been off work since February of this year due to back injury. Finally with fighting with insurance he got his back surgery on 9/30 at Hershey and then on Sunday Oct 1st he was sent by ambulance to Hershey, on Oct 5 he had another back surgery this was more of an aggressive surgery and the recovery process is going to be longer for him. He will not be able to go back to work for at least 6 months or more. He will most likely be going into rehab after he is released.

He hates to ask for help and this was the only way I could possibly get help from family and friends. Anything will help with his finances and medical bills that will be coming soon. Anything would help. Thank you so much! God Bless!
