Sam Montross' Accident Relief - Help Sam Recover!
Donation protected
On November 4, 2020, my cousin, Sam Montross, was in a near-fatal accident when an oncoming vehicle turned in front of the motorcycle she was riding as a passenger. At impact, she was thrown over 40 feet in the air and suffered a broken pelvis, and several lacerated organs. The past two and a half weeks have been a true challenge for Sam and our family, but she is recovering more every day. Sam's Trauma Surgery Doctors are calling her their "miracle patient" indicating she should not have survived the trauma.
While Sam is making miracles every day, she has a long road to recovery ahead of her and will be in Skilled Nursing Facilities as she continues to heal and waits for more surgery and rehabilitation. Sam is grateful for the support and prayers of her friends, family, church, and also the first responders and medical professionals who saved her life and have encouraged her in her recovery.
Sam and her family are especially grateful to her employer, and co-workers, at A + Garage Doors for their kindness and generosity. Sam is receiving many prayers and is also receiving many blessings, but still needs our help. With the end of 2020 approaching, her premiums, max out of pocket, and copays will start over on January 1. There are also other related expenses not covered by insurance that she would benefit from having our support.
Please consider any amount to help Sam with her medical bills and other related expenses to help her get on her feet as she continues her long battle for recovery. We appreciate any consideration and the continued prayers for Sam!
