My name is Jocelyn Calabro and I am here to share devastating news with friends and family. It is with a heavy heart that I write about the loss of Tracy Tartagila. To know Tracy was to love her. Those who had the pleasure of being part of Tracy's life knew she was a kind, caring, and giving individual. She was always there to offer support and protection for those that she loved and cared about. Tracy would have given the shirt off her back to anyone who needed it.

Tracy was a loving sister, aunt, daughter, and friend, but above all that, she was a mother. Tracy leaves behind her daughter, Samantha, a senior in high school. It is unimaginable to think Samantha will face adulthood without her biggest supporter, Tracy, by her side. However, this is the reality that Samantha faces. As a community of friends and loved ones, I ask that we support Samantha and embrace her with love and generosity. The road ahead is paved with heartbreak and pain; it is my hope we can ease her travels and help relieve some of the burden.

Please find it in your hearts to donate what you can to Samantha and let her start to grieve and try to come to terms with the horrible nightmare she is facing. All proceeds will be for Samantha as she faces life and her future without her mother.
